1. Overview

At NeedleCode, we strive to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom software development, we have established the following refund policy.

2. Custom Development Services

For custom web development, WordPress customization, and mobile app projects:

  • Deposit Payments: Deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover the initial discovery and architectural phases of the project.
  • Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone is approved by the client and payment is made, that payment is non-refundable.
  • Unsatisfactory Work: If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, we offer a dedicated revision period to address your concerns and align the output with the agreed project scope.

3. Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance and support plans can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are not provided, but you will not be charged for the following month.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If a project cannot be completed due to unforeseen technical limitations on our end, a partial or full refund of the current milestone may be issued at our discretion.
